Meet the owners
Gold Brew Coffee Bar is owned by husband and wife Nolan and Sonya Weltsch. Their son, Jace, runs the store day to day, so when you visit, you're usually being served by the family behind it.
Nolan and Sonya choose every coffee we pour. Our beans are sourced locally from Infusion Coffee & Tea Crafters in Tempe, and we pair organic espresso with single-origin pour-overs and cold brews.
To match the coffee, we use organic, clean-label syrups and natural sweeteners like honey and maple, with sugar-free vanilla and caramel for anyone cutting back.
The bar is made for staying a while, with free Wi-Fi, plenty of outlets and couches that regulars, remote workers and students make their own.

- Monday through Friday from 6:30 am to 4:00 pm, Saturday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm and Sunday from 8:00 am to 1:30 pm.

- Yes. Parking at Citadelle Plaza is free.
- Do you have Wi-Fi and outlets for working or studying?
- Yes. We have free Wi-Fi and plenty of charging outlets, and many remote workers and students make Gold Brew their spot to work and study.
- Where do your coffee beans come from?
- Nolan and Sonya choose every coffee we serve. Our beans are sourced locally from Infusion Coffee & Tea Crafters, an Arizona roaster based in Tempe.
- Do your pour-overs and cold brews change?
- Some do. We keep staple coffees on the menu year-round and rotate a couple of pour-overs and cold brews, so there's usually something new to try.
- Do you have sugar-free drinks?
- Yes. We carry sugar-free vanilla and caramel syrups from 1883, plus natural sweeteners like honey and maple syrup.
- Do you have dairy-free milk?
- Yes. Oat and almond milk are available for any drink.
- Can I buy a gift card?
- Yes. You can send a gift card online, and it's redeemable at the bar.
